SolutionsHub expands into Ireland after EGR award win

Fri, 12th Jun 2026 (Today)

SolutionsHub has expanded into Ireland, giving the iGaming compliance adviser a second base alongside the Isle of Man.

The expansion comes as operators in regulated gambling markets face tighter expectations around licensing, governance and compliance preparation.

SolutionsHub advises iGaming operators on market entry, licence applications and ongoing regulatory work. Businesses are under growing pressure to show not only that policies are in place, but also how governance works in practice, how risks are managed and how regulatory obligations are embedded across the organisation.

The Ireland launch was announced alongside news that the business had won the Corporate Services Supplier category at the EGR B2B Awards 2026. The category recognises suppliers that help operators secure licences, remain compliant and put in place the governance structures required in regulated markets.

Judging focused on execution, including results, measurable progress and evidence of delivery. SolutionsHub said the award was its third EGR win across two categories.

From its Isle of Man office and its new presence in Ireland, the firm supports clients throughout the business lifecycle, from licensing and launch to regulatory reviews and changing market requirements. This work can affect more than approval itself, including banking arrangements, investor scrutiny and expansion into new jurisdictions.

Award recognition

Lee Hills commented on the win and the wider demands facing operators in regulated markets.

"The team and I are incredibly proud to have won our third EGR Award. It is particularly pleasing that those wins have now come across two categories, recognising different areas of the work we do for clients. I am delighted that what our team delivers for clients day in, day out has been acknowledged by judges who understand what that actually involves within our industry.

"In regulated iGaming, licensing and compliance groundwork can shape much more than the approval process. It influences banking relationships, investor confidence, commercial partnerships and how easily an operator enters new markets and delivers innovation. Businesses that prepare properly at the outset are usually in a stronger position later, whether during regulatory review, investment discussions, banking due diligence or expansion into another jurisdiction," said Lee Hills, Chief Executive Officer of SolutionsHub.

Compliance in regulated iGaming is no longer assessed mainly through policy documents. Operators are increasingly expected to demonstrate that internal controls work under scrutiny and that governance arrangements support day-to-day decision-making.

That shift has created a market for specialist advisers that help operators prepare for regulatory review and maintain standards after launch. Suppliers in this segment typically work across licensing, internal processes, reporting frameworks and jurisdiction-specific requirements.

SolutionsHub said its work includes supporting operators before launch and after approval, particularly when rules change or businesses seek to enter additional markets. The firm described the underlying task as understanding the requirements of each jurisdiction rather than applying a single model across different regulatory systems.

Market pressure

Regulated gambling operators have faced closer scrutiny in several markets as authorities place greater emphasis on governance, controls and evidence of compliance in practice. This has increased the importance of preparation before an application is submitted and of maintaining systems that stand up to review after a licence is granted.

For advisers, that means their value is judged less on broad strategy than on whether they can help clients navigate approval processes, answer regulatory questions and maintain operating standards over time. The award category won by SolutionsHub reflected that focus on delivery.

The judging panel said: "SolutionsHub has delivered a solid and well-structured entry, demonstrating its capabilities and impact as a corporate services supplier. Overall, the clarity, depth of information, and customer validation combine to present a convincing and credible case for SolutionsHub as a deserving winner in this category."
