OneVest unveils AI-powered workspace for wealth firms
OneVest has launched OneVest GO, a standalone wealth relationship workspace that uses AI to organise advisor communications, client records and workflow tasks in one system.
The New York-based fintech is positioning the product for independent registered investment advisors and solo practitioners. It follows the earlier introduction of OneVest's Agentic Wealth Operating System, a broader platform for wealth management operations.
OneVest GO sits in the customer relationship management category used by financial advice firms. OneVest argues that many existing systems function mainly as databases and rely on manual data entry. OneVest GO takes a more automated approach, capturing activity from common workplace tools and turning it into structured tasks and records.
"Independent advisors don't need more software to manage; they need a system that actually moves work forward," said Jakob Pizzera, OneVest's COO. "OneVest GO is built for the way agile firms actually operate: fast-paced, relationship-driven, and growth-focused. It's designed to keep wealth relationships moving without the friction of traditional platforms."
Email and calendar
At the core of the product is automatic synchronisation of communications and schedules. OneVest GO connects to Outlook and Google, capturing messages and calendar events and organising them without requiring advisors to log activity manually.
The platform also analyses meetings and generates action items, summaries and client notes, which OneVest calls "client-ready notes". It also surfaces a "next best action" for prospects and clients, aimed at guiding follow-ups and priorities within daily workflows.
OneVest GO includes a feature called Pulse, which arranges messaging, meetings and client history in a single continuous stream. The aim is to keep teams working in context, rather than moving between separate applications for email, scheduling, note-taking and record keeping.
Household records
Client data in OneVest GO is organised around household records, with relationship mapping and tagging. It also offers net worth tracking that updates in real time, according to OneVest.
The platform includes natural language search across a firm's history. OneVest describes this as "AI Conversational Intelligence", returning summaries and insights based on queries using stored records and interactions.
For prospecting and pipeline management, OneVest GO provides Kanban-style opportunity pipelines. These visual boards are designed to move prospects through stages in the conversion cycle, using cards and columns to represent progress.
Documents and data
Document management is another part of the product. OneVest GO provides secure storage and automated data extraction from documents, reducing the need for manual filing and data entry.
The product supports multiple languages and currencies, reflecting wealth management firms that serve clients across borders, OneVest said.
Target users
OneVest is targeting firms that want to keep operations lean while adding more structure to client servicing and business development. It says the product suits solo operators and small teams, and is designed to scale as firms grow while keeping workflow history and conversations connected.
In the independent advice market, CRM platforms are often one part of a broader technology stack. Advisors and RIAs may also use separate tools for marketing, communications archiving, document management, portfolio reporting and financial planning. OneVest is pitching OneVest GO as a way to unify several everyday tools in a single workspace, rather than leaving firms to manage multiple disconnected systems.
"For the advisor ready to evolve beyond spreadsheets and fragmented inboxes, OneVest GO offers the modern foundation built for the speed of today's wealth management landscape," Pizzera said.
