MindBridge launches API hub to tighten enterprise finances

Fri, 27th Mar 2026

MindBridge has launched a Developer Portal for enterprise integrations, giving technical teams access to more than 130 API endpoints.

The Ottawa-based financial oversight software company describes the portal as a central hub for developers, data engineers and integration teams connecting its tools to existing enterprise systems. It includes API documentation, software development kits and workflow guides to support integration across finance and control environments.

The launch comes as software suppliers and large companies look for ways to monitor increasingly automated finance operations. MindBridge argues that faster AI-driven execution in finance has outpaced traditional oversight methods, which often rely on periodic reviews and sample-based audits instead of continuous checks.

Integration focus

The portal is intended to reduce the effort needed to link MindBridge's products with enterprise resource planning, governance, risk and compliance, business intelligence and automation platforms. By bringing technical specifications, examples and implementation guidance into one searchable environment, it aims to make those connections easier for internal teams and external partners.

MindBridge also says the portal can support work with large language models because its documentation is organised in a central location. That structure allows internal teams and customers to query and learn from its APIs more easily as companies test and deploy AI tools across their operations.

The broader issue behind the launch is how companies maintain control over financial processes as more decisions and workflows are automated. In many organisations, transaction processing and analysis now happen continuously, while assurance processes still run on monthly, quarterly or annual cycles.

That mismatch has drawn interest from software vendors, auditors and finance leaders. Companies are under pressure to tighten internal controls and detect anomalies earlier, particularly when finance data moves through multiple systems and automated workflows with limited manual intervention.

MindBridge's product is aimed at that gap, using software that analyses transactions across enterprise systems to identify risks and flag items for review. The Developer Portal is meant to make it easier to build those checks directly into day-to-day operating environments rather than keep them separate from the systems where finance work is carried out.

Recent commercial activity includes a global partnership with Genpact and a collaboration with VEON. Those arrangements involve embedding MindBridge's technology into broader operating environments to support full-population analysis, internal controls and more continuous financial oversight.

Executive view

MindBridge presents the launch as part of a broader shift towards more automated and self-governing finance systems, where oversight tools need to operate alongside the software handling core financial tasks. For enterprise technology teams, this increases the importance of integration work and clear technical documentation.

"In large enterprises, assuring financial integrity requires oversight that is independent, scalable, and built to keep pace with constant change," said Stephen DeWitt, Chief Executive Officer, MindBridge. "Our new Developer Portal is a key enabler of that vision by giving technical teams a frictionless path to connect MindBridge into their core systems, accelerate integration, and automate financial integrity checks at scale. With all our APIs, SDKs, and guidance in one place, organisations can build more resilient financial systems and embed stronger, continuous assurance across the business."
