Cover Genius names chief revenue officer & marketing head

Thu, 26th Mar 2026

Cover Genius has appointed Jennifer Aubert Parker as Chief Revenue Officer and Nidhi Daga as Global Senior Vice President, Marketing, expanding the insurtech group's Executive Leadership Team as it enters its second decade.

Parker will oversee revenue strategy, sales, partner growth, insurance and marketing, while Daga will lead global marketing and brand strategy. The appointments are aimed at adding leadership depth as the business expands its embedded protection operations across international markets.

Cover Genius operates in the embedded insurance market, where protection products are integrated into digital purchase journeys. It says it has protected more than 41 million customers worldwide through more than 100 million policies sold via API integrations with major digital platforms.

Parker joins with experience in B2B and fintech businesses across the Americas, EMEA and APAC. Her background includes leading teams through periods of rapid expansion, managing digital transformation programmes and applying AI in commercial operations.

In her new role, she is expected to focus on partner growth, ecosystem expansion and commercial performance, alongside oversight of insurance and marketing functions.

Daga joins the leadership team with experience in marketing and growth roles across technology, fintech and insurtech. She will oversee how Cover Genius presents its brand across markets as it adds partners, enters new verticals and expands geographically.

The appointments come as companies in the embedded insurance sector look to increase distribution through online platforms and improve conversion and retention in digital channels. For providers operating across multiple jurisdictions, growth also depends on managing regulation, operations and customer service consistently across markets.

Gus McDonald, Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Cover Genius, said the hires come at an important stage for the business. "Jennifer and Nidhi join us at a pivotal moment. As embedded protection becomes a core part of the digital customer journey, partners need platforms they can rely on at a global scale. Jennifer and Nidhi bring the experience needed to build with discipline, move with speed and deliver consistently for our partners and their customers."

Parker said the company had built a model designed to integrate protection into the wider customer experience.

"Cover Genius has built a platform that removes friction from protection and turns it into a seamless extension of the customer experience. The opportunity to help scale that impact globally, with partners at the centre, is incredibly compelling," said Parker.

Daga pointed to the complexity of operating across regulated markets while building a global brand.

"Cover Genius is solving a complex problem at global scale, operating across regulation, technology, and customer experience. An AI-first approach allows us to innovate faster for partners and customers, whilst also strengthening how we build, operate and scale internally. I'm excited to help build a brand that reflects the strength of the platform and the ambition of the team behind it," said Daga.
